We're seeking an experienced Entry Level Marketing & Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our community engagement and sales development team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with our community members, and driving sales growth. **Key Responsibilities**
As an Entry Level Marketing & Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and initiatives. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Verifying confidential customer information and qualifying potential customers
* Maintaining and updating customer information accurately and in a timely manner
* Paying close attention to detail and actively listening to customer concerns to find the best possible solution
* Meeting consumers directly and interacting in a pleasant, positive, and professional manner at all times
* Executing events and coordinating with fellow team members on daily and weekly sales goals
* Collaborating with other Entry Level Customer Service Representatives, Enrollment Specialist, Sales Managers, and Marketing team members to come up with creative solutions to further educate community members on the benefits of our program
* Staying updated on new products, service, and benefits we can offer potential new members
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
* A High School diploma or equivalent required
* 0-2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative, Sales Associate, Volunteering or other related field
* Passionate about making a difference and interacting with the community
* Team oriented with the ability to problem solve independently
* Driven to further one's career and make an impact
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
* Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
