We are looking for an experienced Marketing Strategy Consultant to help refine and scale the marketing efforts for an AI-powered SaaS platform focused on RFP (Request for Proposal) automation. Our platform serves two core audiences: Suppliers responding to RFPs Buyers creating and managing RFPs We have an active presence across LinkedIn, website, and webinars, but we need a strategic expert to improve messaging, engagement, and conversions. This is a strategy and advisory role, not execution-heavy. Project Goals: Improve brand positioning and messaging clarity Increase engagement on LinkedIn and social platforms Improve conversion rates (demo bookings and leads) Strengthen go-to-market strategy for dual audiences (buyer vs supplier) Provide a clear roadmap for growth Scope of Work: LinkedIn Audit (Personal and Company) Profile positioning and optimization Headline and About section improvements Banner and visual recommendations Content strategy direction Keyword optimization Thought leadership opportunities Marketing Strategy and Messaging Advisory Evaluate current marketing efforts Improve messaging clarity for buyers and suppliers Define value propositions Identify ideal customer profiles (ICP) Suggest positioning improvements Social Media Review Analyze LinkedIn and Instagram performance Recommend content themes Recommend engagement strategies Suggest authority-building content Website Messaging Review Homepage messaging improvements Call-to-action (CTA) optimization User journey recommendations Conversion improvements Clear differentiation between buyer vs supplier experience Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy Define messaging for both audiences Suggest acquisition channels Improve funnel clarity 90-Day Marketing Roadmap Phase 1 (0–30 Days): Messaging and positioning LinkedIn optimization Website clarity Phase 2 (30–60 Days): Brand awareness Thought leadership Content strategy Phase 3 (60–90 Days): Lead generation Conversion optimization Webinar and funnel improvements Deliverables LinkedIn personal profile and company page audit Social media evaluation Website messaging recommendations Messaging framework Lead generation strategy 90-day roadmap 4 to 6 sample LinkedIn posts Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing Experience with AI, technology, or startup products Strong expertise in LinkedIn growth strategy Strong skills in messaging and positioning Experience with go-to-market strategy Experience with procurement, RFP, or enterprise tools is a plus Ability to think strategically and provide actionable insights
